We make all our bread in a 24 hour fermentation, which makes it more wholesome, tastier and easier digestible. Typical German bread comes with a decent crust and is rather dense compared to Canadian bread but full of flavour.FARMER'S BREAD
Crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside this one is the allrounder. You can use it for literally anything. Made in a 24 hour fermentation process with just wheat flour, yeast, water and salt this bread will satisfy all the artisan-bread lovers.

Made from whole wheat flour, water, salt, yeast and 7 different grains fermented over 24 hours.

LIGHT RYE SOURDOUGH BREAD
With the typical light rye taste made with light rye flour, wheat flour, salt and water in a 24 fermentation. Sometimes we add a pinch of yeast to compensate the weather changes. This bread will satisfy your needs for a hearty slice of artisan bread.

DARK RYE SOURDOUGH/Fridays only
Dark and rather dense with a decent crust. Made from dark rye flour, wheat flour, salt and water. Sometimes we add a pinch of yeast to compensate the weather influence. Made in a 24 hour fermentation it's especially wholesome, very tasty and easy digestible.
