This delicious Bavarian delicacy comes already cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen.
They can be microwaved quickly as a side dish (e.g. with roast/turkey, or pan-fried in butter to go with your bacon and eggs). Definitely worth a try!

We make all our bread using a 24-hour fermentation process, which makes it more wholesome, tastier, and easier to digest. Typically German bread comes with a decent crust and is rather dense compared to Canadian bread, but also full of flavour.FARMER'S BREAD
Crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside - this bread is perfect for everyday eating. You can use it for literally anything.
Made using a 24-hour fermentation process with just wheat flour, yeast, water and salt, this bread will satisfy all the artisan-bread lovers.

LIGHT RYE SOURDOUGH BREAD
This bread has that typical light rye taste. It's made with light rye flour, wheat flour, salt and water using a 24-hour fermentation process. Sometimes we add a pinch of yeast to compensate for the weather if necessary.
